Jamie will carefully guide you through this painterly technique of embroidery – widening the possibilities of what you can do outside of traditional embroidery stitches.
Jamie creates many gorgeous patterns which she has designed and generally applies them to clothing.
You will be provided with a hoop and a leaf pattern drawn onto the cotton cloth. By limiting the class number to 6 Jamie will have plenty of time to offer each of you personal attention to understand the stitches.
She will also have many examples of this kind of work for your inspiration to continue with your stitching.
Bring your snacks and Mary will provide homemade pie, tea or coffee for your pleasure.
