Join Jonni Reed for warming winter fun learning to craft the charming pine cone people I fondly refer to as felty folks. Be they wood elves or felty folks, they are bound to make you smile and bring cheer to those you share them with.
Jonni is one of the most creative people I know and has a warm engaging way of teaching. She once made an entire Christmas tree for a Big Brother Big Sister fundraiser filled with these delightful little creatures.
They of course are not limited to the Christmas season, as the bearer of a basket full of berries and hearts attest to. Just in time for Valentines Day, you can create a loving wood elf for yourself or someone who delights in childlike whimsey.
We thought it would be fun to share this unique craft in the warmth of my home over a bowl of soup, pie and tea.
