Mauny Kaseburg

Mauny Kaseburg has been a fixture in the Pacific Northwest culinary scene for almost four decades. She was heard on regional radio with various shows and a regular on local television. Mauny was a founding partner of ChefShop.com ; and has been the Culinary Producer for the Food & Wine Magazine Classic in Aspen for 34 years. She lives on Mercer Island with her husband Geoff and her winery cat Kasha. A stagiaire at Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in the late ’70’s, she adores all things French, including the iconic Espelette pepper!
