Despite some rain we had a fantastic day exploring and learning from the wealth of knowledge of both Sievert and Frank Rohwer. From mist netting, candling eggs ( to see how far along they are in the incubation ) to learning about molt, and nesting territories it was a full and diverse day. A walk through the trails where Sievert explained about tree growth and we saw how quickly beavers could work it was a very full experience.
